Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Conditions:

• The item must be unused, in brand-new original condition, and returned with its original packaging and all tags.
• Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or had their medical packaging unsealed are not eligible for return for hygiene and public safety reasons.
